Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to talk to the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Reachpresidential Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also reach out to the agency that regulates pest control in Ohio.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not settle things, you can respond and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
